NEDEN ÖZEL DERS
Özel ders; öğrencinin bir derste veya konuda sınıf ortamında gerekli başarıyı veya performansı gösterememesi durumunda yapılan bire bir takviyedir. Sınıf ortamında anlatılan dersler genele hitap ettiği için bazı öğrencilere gereğinden basit, bazılarına ise ağır gelebilmektedir.
Bazı öğrencilerde ise belki basit bir ön bilgi, konunun kolaylıkla öğrenilmesini sağlamaktadır .Özel dersi; zayıf öğrencinin alması gerekliliği yanlıştır. İyi veya çok iyi öğrenciler de özel ders takviyesi yapmalıdır. Çünkü 1 saatlik özel ders; 5-6 saatlik sınıf dersine bedeldir.
Öğretmen, öğrenci ile beraber olduğunda onunla empati kurup, hangi tür çalışma metodu uygulanacağını net görür. Bunun yanı sıra gereksiz ve öğrencinin bildiği konuları hızlı geçip sorun tespit ettiği noktalara yoğunlaşabilir.
Sınıf dersini tek tip, birkaç bedeni olan üniformaya benzetirsek; özel dersi özel terzinin tasarlayarak bizim için diktiği elbiseye benzetebiliriz. Tabii terzinin mahareti de burada ortaya çıkmaktadır.
